Fukui Prefecture, 4 New COVID-19 Infections

April 29th Report

On April 29th, Fukui Prefecture reported 4 new COVID-19 infections, bringing its cumulative total to 873. As of this day, there are 148 active cases within the prefecture, of which 2 are in serious condition.
Brief details of the 4 cases are as follow.

The Sakai City female student (under 10, #1) is a close contact of a Sakai City female (20s) whose COVID-19 infection was reported on April 22nd.

The Tsuruga City female part-time worker (30s, #2) is connected to a COVID-19 cluster at a school reported on April 21st.

The Echizen City unemployed female (90s, #4) is a close contact of an Echizen City female (40s) whose COVID-19 infection was reported on April 25th.
