Fukui Prefecture, Vaccinations For the Elderly to Begin Simultaneously Across All Municipalities

COVID-19, From the Week of April 12th

On March 18th, Fukui Prefecture announced that COVID-19 vaccinations for the residents and staff of elderly care facilities will begin simultaneously from the week of April 12th, across all 17 municipalities. As the first groups to receive vaccinations, approximately 4,500 people will be vaccinated across a total of 34 facilities within the prefecture, with one to three facilities in each municipality.
