July 13th COVID-19 Report, Both Family Members Stayed in Tokyo Together
On July 13th, Fukui Prefecture reported a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) case of an unemployed Fukui City woman in her 20s. The woman is a family member living the same residence as the prefecture’s 123rd COVID-19 case, reported on July 12th, of a Fukui City male company executive in his 30s. As a close contact, the woman underwent a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test, and was confirmed with the virus. Both had stayed and travelled together in Tokyo from June 29th to July 9th.
