In Response to the Novel Coronavirus, Until April 13th
On April 2nd, Yasusaki reported that a company executive has been infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-10). Because of this, shops directly managed by WaiPlaza Shinbo (in Fukui Prefecture, Fukui City, Shinbokita, 1-Chome), where the main company office is located, will be closed for business from April 3rd to the 13th.
On March 30th, there was a COVID-19 case confirmation of a male company executive in his forties. On April 1st, a male company executive in his seventies tested positive for the virus, and it was ascertained that the man had close interactions with three other employees. As for the approximately 60 company employees, excluding those who had close contact with someone carrying the virus, a measure has been put in place for everyone to stay at home until April 13th.
Stores affected include Gurume-Kan, Fashion Plaza, WaiHome, TSUTAYA Bookstore, and DAISO.
